| You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
| Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Myenie Art Studio for assistance. |

Please note most artwork ships in separate boxes, rarely can more than one piece of art or giclee ship in the same package (unless it is smaller and of like size). Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for an original painting that has not yet been through the Giclée scanning / proofing process. Shipments are sent out two to three days a week and every effort is made to ship out all orders within 3 business days of completion. |
